We had the BEST , most RESTFUL holiday at 44 Park Rd Little Cove. The apartment was BEAUTIFULLY renovated, light, comfortable & well stocked with all the essentials both in the kitchen & bathrooms. From the moment we walked into the place – there was a sound of SBS chill radio and the smell of fresh flowers and a clean home. Honestly we are in love with this property – so much so that we booked it again for next year. Everything was brilliant with our stay at Black Mountain. The home itself is amazing and had everything plus more. Libby was there to welcome us on arrival to give us a tour to ensure we had no questions. Perfect for larger families or groups, we had a group of seven and there was so much space for us to all have our own privacy. Highly recommend!

Great stay in a fantastic location. Steps to the boardwalk are right outside the gate. House is unique. Well equipped in the kitchen, Netflix and air con. Comfortable beds and quiet neighbours

We loved our stay in this elegant and contemporary apartment. It was very well equipped with quality appliances and utensils in generous quantities. Everything has been well thought from the pure linen bed throws to the Dyson vacuum cleaner. This would be an excellent place for a family or three couples (although you’d have to draw straws for the fabulous master bedroom with ocean views). It is classy but practical. The managers were easy to communicate, friendly and keen to help. The location was perfect. Directly across from the steps to the beach and an easy walk on the boardwalk to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be returning.

My extended family – three generations ranging in age from 26 to 93 – had a wonderful summer break in this beautifully appointed home. The position is stunning with 180 degree ocean views, scenic patrolled beaches, private pool and garden, yet walking distance to shops. This cleverly designed house seems to anticipate your every need with inside and outside dining, plentiful on-site parking, and huge open living area. The generous provisions in every room, especially the kitchen, reflect a quality and thoughtfulness not often seen
